Finger Lakes Transport, LLC, Barefoot in the finger lakes

Scope

The following policies apply to services operated by Barefoot in the Finger Lakes and Finger Lakes Transport, LLC.

Deposits

Winery & Brewery Policies

Most wineries and breweries require reservations and/or prepayment of tasting fees for groups of 6 or more guests. The customer is responsible for making these reservations.

The customer is responsible for reserving transportation that complies with their destination(s) policies for groups. Finger Lakes Transport will make a good faith effort to educate customers on the existence of these policies, but it is ultimately the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance.

Tasting fees are NOT included in the price of service unless specifically stated in the contract.

Cancellations

When a customer books a private tour with Finger Lakes Transport, a driver is set aside and scheduled for their exclusive use. Therefore, our cancellation policy is as follows:

For customer cancellations with at least 7 calendar days notice: products with a total price of $250 or more, a $250 cancellation charge will apply. Tours operate rain or shine.

If Finger Lakes Transport must cancel, a full refund will be provided.

If a customer wishes to reschedule with at least 7 calendar days notice, services may be rescheduled subject to availability for up to 60 calendar days from the original date of service.

No shows or cancellations with less than 7 calendar days notice are nonrefundable.

Cancellations or reschedule requests must be made in writing to flxtransport@barefootinthefingerlakes.com

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the card on file within 7-10 business days.
