Keuka Taxi, LLC & Finger Lakes Transport, LLC

Scope

The following policies apply to services operated by Keuka Taxi, LLC and Finger Lakes Transport, LLC. "Keuka Taxi" shall refer to both entities, as applicable.


Deposits

For all private charters and events, a deposit is required to reserve the vehicle and driver. Deposits are nonrefundable.

For products that are less than $250 per driver/vehicle, the deposit is $100. All other products require a $250 deposit for EACH driver/vehicle. Example: a wedding with two buses requires a $500 deposit.

The deposit holds the reserved vehicle(s) and driver(s). Vehicles are available for other reservations until the deposit is paid.

For weddings, full payment of the balance is due no later than two weeks prior to the scheduled event. For other events e.g., wine tours, payment of the balance is due prior to leaving the pickup location.

Payments for private charters and events may be made with cash or major credit card.


Destination Winery & Brewery Policies

Most wineries and breweries require reservations and/or prepayment of tasting fees for groups of 8 or more guests. The customer is responsible for making these reservations.

The customer is responsible for reserving transportation that complies with their destination(s) policies for groups. Keuka Taxi will make a good faith effort to educate customers on the existence of these policies, but it is ultimately the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance.

Tasting fees are NOT included in the price of service unless specifically stated in the contract.


Cancellations

Refunds are not available if customer chooses to cancel due to weather.

Deposits are forfeited if the customer chooses to cancel.


As outlined above, deposits for services are nonrefundable.

If customer chooses to prepay an amount greater than the required deposit, the prepayment is generally refundable less the deposit.
